Overview

Introduction

Video Management System Platform(hereinafter referred to as Platform) provides users with safe and stable security video management solutions. It is an intelligent video management platform with functions such as multi access, data storage, device management, event alarm, and data analysis.

VMSPlatform has Web Browser client, PC client and mobile Client. Based on the LAN and or WAN, it implements a unified deployment, unified configuration, unified management and unified scheduling. It provides users with a fast and intuitive video management system with product advantages of high quality, high capacity, multi-service, easy integration, easy operation, easy expansion, safety and reliability.

Using the web browser client of VMS, in addition to completing the configuration and management of the VMS, users can also preview and playback videos. This guide introduces each function.

Conventions

For the convenience of reading and concise of description, some terms have the following conventions:

· Video Management System web client portal referred to as VMS or platform.

· Network HDD video recorder, video server, NVR/hybrid NVR, IPC, video decoding device, access control device, attendance device, etc. are collectively referred to as devices.

· Click is the left button of the mouse.

· Some schematic pictures are subject to the actual interface of the software.

· Channel, which is the video source or camera, in preview or playback, indicates the selected split-screen video.

· Browsers: It is recommended to use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or a browser using the Google kernel to log in to this platform to avoid compatibility issues.

· The best resolution supported by the platform is 1920x1080, and the best display ratio is 100%.

Brower Client Operation Process

Platform Login

Open the browser, enter the address of the Platform, such as: http://192.168.10.206:9090/, the default port is 9090, and open the login page:

For the first time login, use the administrator account to log in, Username: system, and Password: 123456a?. The platform password is limited to 5 times, if it exceeds, the account will be locked.

Select 'remember the password' and log in without entering the password again.

The account needs to change the password when logging in for the first time. As shown below:

After changing the password, you need to login again. Click on the business management in the upper right corner, and switch between the system management and business management menus.
