Steps:
1. Click the inverted triangle in the upper right corner of the business menu → System Management → Recording Plan.
2. In the recording plan list, click Add to add a new recording plan.
3. Mandatory: Include plan name and time template.
4. Optional operations: storage type, code stream type, description information, recording storage time and whether to open in storage settings.
Time Template: The recording plan template defines the time arrangement of the recording. The system provides three recording plan templates by default: all-weather template, weekday template and weekend template. The all-weather template is used for scenes that record continuously throughout the day; the weekday template is used for scenes that only record on weekdays; the weekend template is used for scenes that only record on weekends. Support custom recording plan template, define recording within a fixed time period.
Storage Type: central storage and device storage.
Central Storage: video files can be stored in the server.
Device Storage: Videos are stored in the SD card of the device or the hard disk of the NVR. Before configuring the recording plan for device storage on this platform, you need to log in to the remote configuration page of the device to configure storage space for the device.
Stream Type: main stream and secondary stream.
Main Stream: High resolution, video files will take up more storage resources. It is suitable for scenarios where network bandwidth and storage space are sufficient and high-quality video is required.
Sub Stream: low resolution, video files will take up less storage resources. Applicable to scenarios where network bandwidth and storage space are insufficient and video quality requirements are not strict.
Recording Save Time: When the recording time exceeds the set time, the previous stored recording will be deleted.
Steps:
1. Click the inverted triangle in the upper right corner of the business menu → System Management → Recording Plan.
2. In the recording plan list, enter keywords and click Search.
Click Clear to clear the search results and display all recording plans.
Click the task execution score in the recording plan list to enter the plan delivery result details page to view the plan delivery status. The list displays fields such as channel name, sender, release time, release details, and operation. The details page of the plan delivery result is shown in the figure below.
After adding a recording plan, you need to associate the recording plan with the channel. Only after linking can the channel record according to the plan.
Check the device channels in the list, click "Batch Clear" to enter the clearing interface, and you can choose to clear the channel's device storage recording plan, central storage recording plan or all storage recording plans.
Recording plan in the recording plan list, and click the button on the right to delete this recording plan. Select multiple plans and click "Batch Delete" at the top right of the list to delete multiple plans.
After editing the recording time in the time template in the plan, you need to re-send the recording plan. Click the button on the right side of the plan list to re-deliver.
Select a single channel in the list and click the button in the operation bar to configure the recording plan for a single channel. Check multiple channels and click "Batch Configuration" to configure the recording plan configuration for multiple device channels
After selecting a channel in the list, click the button in the operation bar to view the current and historical recording plan configuration details of the channel.
