As the basic unit of person management and user management, the departments section can be used to add person and users to different departments according to certain division rules to facilitate person and user management. You can visually view all person and user information under the department.
Support batch import and export department information in .xls format.
Support adding departments one by one to the management platform. After adding a department, you can edit or delete the department according to the actual situation.
Steps:
Click the inverted triangle in the upper right corner of the business menu → System Management → Department Management
The department tree on the left shows the existing departments. Select the superior department that needs to add a new department, and click the "Add" button on the right to add a new department.
Mandatory Operations: In the adding interface, enter the department name, department code and sequence number. The department code is used for identification within the department. Sorting number, used for the display position in the department list.
Optional: Enter a Social Credit Code, which identifies the department. Enter a comment to describe the department.
Click OK
By importing a file template with pre-edited department information, departments can be added to the management platform in batches.
Steps:
Click the inverted triangle in the upper right corner of the business menu → System Management → Department Management.
Select a department in the department tree on the left, and click "Batch Import" on the right to enter the batch import interface.
Click "Template Download" to save the template as xls the format is saved locally on the computer.
Fill in the department information to be imported according to the template format.
Click "Upload File", select the local edited xls file, and import the department information to the platform.
According to the needs, the department information can be saved in xls the format is exported to the local, which is convenient for viewing the information of the department and its sub departments.
Steps:
Click the inverted triangle in the upper right corner of the business menu → System Management → Department Management.
Select a department in the department tree on the left, and click "Export" on the right.
In the prompt window that pops up, click OK. Can be .xls the department information file in format is saved locally on the computer.
[Note]: Do not check when exporting, direct export is to export all data, check single or multiple, then only export the checked items.
When a department changes, such as a department at the same level becomes a sub department or a department above and below becomes the same department, the separation and merger of departments can be realized through move operations.
Steps:
Click the inverted triangle in the upper right corner of the business menu → System Management → Department Management.
Click "Move" on the upper right of the department list, and the interface for moving departments will pop up.
Select the department to be moved in "Selected department", and select a new department in the "Move to" list.
Click OK, and the department is moved successfully.
Steps
Unmodifiable Operation: Parent department.
Editable Operations: Department name, Department code, Sequence number, social credit code, remarks.
Click OK.
[Note]: If there are sub-departments or users under the department, you need to delete the sub-departments and users first, and then delete the department.
In the department list and click the edit button on the right to enter the department modification interface.
Select a department in the department list, and click the button on the right to delete this department. Multiple selected departments can also be deleted in batches.
