The platform supports the addition of devices with multiple protocols, including public cloud protocol devices, ONVIF protocol devices, GB protocol devices, and Xunguard protocol devices.
Steps
1. Click the inverted triangle → system management → device management in the upper right corner of the business menu.
2. In the device list, click Add to add a new device.
3. the public cloud as the access method.
4. Mandatory operation: include the region, device serial number, device verification code, and manufacturer type.
5. Optional operations: device name, custom label, device access form, latitude and longitude, and device description.
6. Click OK.

Access the web page of the device, enter the network management-advanced configuration-public cloud configuration page, check "Enable public cloud", and enter the public cloud address. The IP camera (IPC) address format is: https://IP (domain name):8443 .
The address format of network video recorder (NVR) is: IP (domain name): 8443

[Note] If the device is configured with Ehome2.0 or 4.0, the password does not need to be configured. If ISUP5.0 is configured on the device, the passwords configured on the server and device must be the same.

4. Mandatory operation: Enter the serial number of the device, and click the "Get Information" button to obtain the basic information of the device from the device side.
5. Optional operations: custom label, device access form, longitude and latitude, and device description.
6. Click OK.
[Note]The device must be online before it can be added to the platform.
Visit the device configuration page, enter the network management-advanced configuration-Xunwei TV configuration page, check "Enable Xunguard", and configure the online and business server IP and port. The IP is configured according to the actual situation, and the port is a fixed value.

National standard devices and Hikvision ehome protocol devices can be added in batches through the device import function.

2. In the device list, click " Device Import ", select the access method and click "OK”.
3. Download the import template, add device information according to the template format and upload the file.
[Note]: After the devices are added in batches, it is still necessary to fill in the information back to the device according to the above-mentioned configuration method of the national standard and Hikvision ehome, so that the device can go online normally.
According to needs, the device information can be exported to the local in xls format, which is convenient for viewing device and statistical information.
Steps

3. In the prompt window that pops up, click OK. Can be .xls the device information file in the format is saved locally on the computer.
7. After the device is successfully added, click the button on the right side of the device list to enter the edit device interface, and backfill the national standard server information and national standard channel ID to the national standard configuration page of the device.
