Different roles are assigned different permissions to access and manage the platform, and different operating permissions on the platform are opened according to user roles. After creating a role, configure the permissions of the role, then create a user, and associate the user with the role.
A role defines a user's permissions to access system resources. For example, a system administrator has full configuration and administration rights. Supports custom role permissions, such as defining operators with only operation permissions but no configuration permissions. By setting roles, it is convenient for efficient and flexible system management.
Steps:
1. Click the inverted triangle in the upper right corner of the business menu → System Management → Role Management.
2. Click "Add".
3. Set the role name, related description information and role validity period.
4. Configure permissions for roles.
5. Click Save.
Menu permissions: configure the menus that users can operate
· Business Menu: The menu permissions of different businesses on the web side. If you check the menu item, you will get the viewing and operation permissions of the menu.
· Management Menu: The menu permissions of different modules on the web side. If you check the menu item, you will get all the permissions to manage and configure the menu.
· Client Menu: The operation authority of different services on the PC side. If the menu item is checked, the operation authority of all menus will be obtained.
· App Menu: the operation authority of different services on the mobile terminal. If the menu item is checked, the view and operation authority of the menu will be obtained
· Data Permissions: configure user-operable department and region information
· Department Data Permissions: users can view and configure department information. If a department is checked, all permissions of the department and its sub departments will be obtained.
· Region Data Permission: The area information that users can view and configure. If the area is checked, all the rights of the area and its sub areas will be obtained.
· Channel Ability Permission: Configure the user's individual authority to the area or channel. If the area and some channel capabilities are selected, the selected channel ability of the area and its sub areas will be obtained. If some channels and some channel capabilities are checked, some capabilities of the selected channels will be acquired.
[Note]: After the role permission is changed, the user permission of the role will also be changed accordingly.
[Note]: After the role is deleted, the user who owns the role will also lose the permissions of the role.
Select a role in the role list, click the button on the right to enter the role modification interface, and edit the role name and role permissions.
Select a role in the role list and click the button on the right to delete this role. You can select multiple roles and delete roles in batches.
